Plotter Repair
We offer onsite repair and maintenance on Hewlett-Packard DesignJet large format printers. We stock common parts that fail and can often get your machine up and running the same day we respond.

Maintenance Contracts
Many of our customers want to prevent printer problems with regular maintenance or predict yearly expenses with a contract that covers unexpected repairs.
We offer the following maintenance contracts:
- Full Field Maintenance
- Equipment maintenance includes testing, cleaning, lubricating and adjusting, and the replacement of unserviceable parts in order to keep the equipment in good working order during the period covered by the agreement. Cleaning is to be done on a periodic basis. Items not included are consumables such as toner cartridges and user maintenance kits.
- Preventive Maintenance
- This program provides preventive maintenance that includes testing, cleaning, lubricating and necessary adjustments. It does not cover the cost of the replacement parts for the printer.

Repair Tips
- Getting poor print quality, noises or squeaks?
- Try another toner cartridge. A used or defective toner can cause all of these problems.
- Getting an error message?
- Write down the message and then power down the printer for 5-10 minutes. If the message reappears call us to find out what it means and get a solution.
- Getting "Perform User Maintenance" Message?
- Your printer is due for a new maintenance kit. The kit consists of a fuser assembly, transfer roller, and feed rollers. Call us for pricing.
